Arlington Veterans Park

LOCATED IN THE VETERANS PARK IS A VETERANS MEMORIAL THAT WAS COMPLETED IN 2012. THE MEMORIAL WAS AN EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT BY ONE OF ARLINGTON'S BOY SCOUTS IN TROOP 145.

*NEW ADDITION TO THE VETERANS PARK IN 2015 IS A HOWITZER CANNON ON DISPLAY. AN EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT IS IN THE WORKS TO ADD LANDSCAPING LEADING UP TO THE CANNON, TO BE COMPLETED IN 2017.

THE BELL CREEK PARK FEATURES BALL DIAMONDS, A PARK SHELTER, TENNIS/BASKETBALL COURT, NEARBY RESTROOMS FACILITIES, AND THE LATEST ADDITION IS A SAND VOLLEYBALL COURT. 
A WALKING TRAIL RUNS THROUGH THE BELL CREEK PARK AND AROUND THE TWO RIVERS SPORTS COMPLEX. THE VILLAGE INSTALLED SOLAR TRAIL LIGHTING ALONG THE WALKING TRAIL. THE LIGHTING WAS COMPLETED IN 2015. INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES CAN SPONSOR A LIGHT ALONG THE TRAIL FOR A DONATION OF $375. FOR MORE INFORMATION, CONTACT THE ARLINGTON VILLAGE CLERK.
